Blog Slump

Okay I think this blog is pretty pathetic! But I just wanted to post because I am sick of seeing "80 Words" every time I click onto our blog.

I hope all of you are doing great. We are doing pretty good. Donald works a lot and doesn't have a day off now until next saturday-1 1/2 weeks away. So I just am at the school a ton trying to get my Medical Transcription classes done. I also have a part time job which I love! Not much else is going on here in the great BORING Wyoming! We have had snow, rain, and 80 degree weather all in 2 days! Don't you love it?!? I am so ready for it to just be spring! Soon it will be summer and hot. I used to think when I was a kid that Spring was way too long and now I think it is way too short! Anyways, Robin how is Shelby doing? Where are the gorgeous pictures of her????? Bobbie, how is the dating scene going? Any new news? Ashley, how is the baby boy coming along? Any names picked out? And katie-it is about time you updated your blog! I missed reading your posts! What fun things are you guys planning for the summer? You are always doing something fun and spontaneous! I love it!

PATHETIC

Okay so our blog is getting pretty pathetic since 3 of us have our own. But I thought I would post a short one tonight. It is 12:45am and I am still awake at my mom's house. I should be finishing my paper for English but I am tired of thinking! So I decided to blog a little.

Well, not too much has been happening with us. I am here in Utah visiting my mom and family. Then on Wed. I am going to Washington DC. My sister is graduating from another part of the militarty and has to drive her car back and so me, my mom and aunt are flying back and driving back with her. We are going to see Washington DC, the Pentagon, Church History sites, the Amish, Niagra Falls, and the Broadway play "Wicked"! I am so excited! My mom was nice and paid for my plane ticket and my sister gets money for the hotels and gas. So, I dont' have to pay for much. Which makes the trip that much more fun! Donald is in WY working and I quit my job this last week so I don't have to worry about getting back too soon. I miss Donald but it is nice to be away from WY for awhile.

I hope all is well with each of you! Robin and Bobby where are you? Robin has is Shelby? I need to see some pics!!!

I love the new look! It definately adds spunk. How is everyone? Things are going well for me in Washington. I flew down to Utah last weekend to attend one of my friends from Wyo wedding. It was fun to get to see my family again also.

So nothings new about the situation here. Still same old same old. I'm pretty sure I picked a "special" person. Anyways, I'll keep you posted.

Well, I came up with this little set up tonight. I was trying to get the Christmas look off. Honest opinions. Not that anyone blogs on this thing anymore. :( I think it's dying.....a slow painful death.... :) Just kidding. Anyway....if anyone checks this...hopefully they like what they see! :) And if you don't, let me know and I'll change it. I know it's a lot of pink...I just can't tell if it's TOO much...let me know. Straight up...I can take it.

Our Beloved Prophet

The passing of our Beloved Prophet is a bitter sweet day! He helped my testimony in more ways than one. He was a sweet man with so much humor. He literally would light the room up when he walked in. I will miss him dearly!

I know you all know he passed but I wanted to document it on this blog!

Hello Everyone,
I loved the pictures of everyone's Christmas...sorry I didn't take any...I know I'm lame. I had a great break with my family. I was able to go home for 12 days which was so nice to be away from Wenatchee and work for a while. All my sisters and brothers were able to come home throughout the week which always makes for a good time.

OK so I've got a question for everyone. So you all have read about the one boy here in Wenatchee for me! Well so I'm really confused as to what I should do about the situation. We've hung out a few times outside of church which have all been great...and at the end of each time he's made the comment that he had fun and wants to hang out again soon which is great...right?? Do guys usually say that even if they trully don't want to? In class and church there's some flirting going on, but then again I could be miss reading that too...you never really know. Anyways, I've invited him to hang out a couple of times one being before Christmas and once this weekend. Well he just didn't sound as enthused about it as he did the previous times. He couldn't last night because he was leaving today out of town. When we talked last night he made the comment that it had been awhile since we've hung out, so we'll have to do something when he gets back. So my question is what do I do? Do I just hang up the towel and leave it alone or do I ask him one more time later on to hang out? Or do I wait until he asks me to do something. I just don't know if he's being a nice guy and doesn't want to hurt my feelings by telling me know or if he's interested and is just stupid about girls.

What do you experienced girls think???

Okay, so there hasn't been a lot of posting. Ooooops, I guess I have been part of the problem. But we got home and I finally uploaded all of the pictures to our computer. So here you go.

Here is our ward Christmas party before we left. This was Elli's first time with Santa. What is it with the jolly guy?!?! Why do kids hate him so much?? Elli will usually go to anyone.... :o)

Then we had Steve's parents over for a mini b-day party before we left for CO. We got Elli this bouncing zebra thing that she loves.

My Dad's birthday is 3 days after Elli's so we had a birthday party out in Colorado for the both of them. We made Elli her own little cake and let her figure out what to do with it. It was so fun to watch!
